In May I went with my dear friend Aimee to New York City for a long weekend. We had a blast galavanting in the city. Here are some snapshots of our grand adventure:
MOMA, how I love thee. (My plan is to live in one of those houses one day and be MOMA's neighbor.)
We love a 24/7 Apple store!!! Two o'clock in the morning is the best time to lust after computers... and it's truly best done in person.
I ADORE Rodin. I really wanted to touch every sculpture... turns out they frown on that. Snobs!
Dear friends reunited. Such lovelies!
I won a free shirt from the most delicious vegan restaurant. We were hoping it might come with the waiter's number. Sadly, it did not.
We went to see Exit the King, but Aimee's adorable vintage shoes didn't quite 'make it on Broadway.'
Luckily Krazy Glue was readily available directly across the street from our hotel.
Aimee found true love in chocolate form. Is there any other kind of love?
I got my groove on. I had no idea that I was such a fan of karaoke. I now know! Look out people.
Aimee's loot being displayed on our lunch table. She found TONS of delicious shoes at a salon/vintage shop. It seemed like every time we got 'lost' in New York, we found another treasure around the corner.
We were very sad to leave. Thanks for the memories!
